Places around Australia for Veterans and their families to get away from it all in a peaceful environment.
As a veteran travelling around Australia I have found it hard to find a decent, up to date list of veterans retreats in a cronical order and easy to find, so brings the beginning of this website. I would also like to acknowledge the current sites for there efforts.
I will begin by doing one state at a time, I would like to include a map to make it easier to locate, any suggestions for the site are most welcome. I will be taking my time, trying to get it right and make it easy to find the retreats.
The site is coming along slowly, I have tried to keep information on the state page to a minimum, if a site has it's own website you can click on the sites name and it will take you to that page in a new window.
Some sites are not totally a retreat but a caravan park that is veteran friendly, these are marked with CVP.
